1. You choose
The browser grants the page access only to the file you deliberately select.
2. DOTi diagnoses
Deterministic checks and local heuristics identify requirements and visible file properties.
3. Ninjitzu repairs
A compatible local engine creates a separate result. The original stays untouched.
4. Ninjitzu verifies
The result is checked again before PASS is enabled.
What may still use the network?
The browser may download JavaScript, OCR language data, fonts or other application assets. Payments, account status and support can use backend services when enabled. This is different from uploading the document itself.
When local processing is not enough
Very large, encrypted, malformed or unusually complex files may exceed browser capabilities. Ninjitzu should explain the limitation and block unsupported claims rather than quietly transmit the file.
