PRIVACY · LOCAL-FIRST

Your file is yours.

Ninjitzu is designed to process supported documents in your browser whenever the tool says local processing is active.

Plain-language summary: Make It Pass does not upload your document, screenshot or rejection message to Ninjitzu. Browser-downloaded engines may be used to perform local OCR or document work.

Files and entered content

Files selected for local tools remain available to the page in your browser session. Ninjitzu does not intentionally transmit file contents, filenames, pasted rejection messages or recognized OCR text through its product-intelligence signals.

Anonymous product signals

The current launch build may keep a small local queue of allowlisted events such as the selected entry method, OCR success or failure, inspection outcome, scroll depth and runtime errors. These signals exclude document content and remain on the device until a properly disclosed collection endpoint is configured.

Payments and accounts

If Pro payments are enabled, Stripe may process payment information and the account backend may store subscription status, account identifiers and necessary support records. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe, not stored inside the Ninjitzu HTML.

Sharing and external links

Using WhatsApp, social links or payment checkout opens a third-party service governed by its own privacy terms. Ninjitzu does not control the receiving portal’s treatment of a file you later upload there.

Retention and control

Reloading the current tool clears its in-memory file state. Browser storage and future account data can be removed according to the controls and support process available at launch.
