Questions
Will it always reach my target?
No. The tool tries lower quality and smaller dimensions. It tells you if the result is still over the limit.
Can PNG become smaller without losing transparency?
PNG and WEBP support transparency. A PNG target may require smaller dimensions; JPG uses a white background.
What if the new file is larger?
When keeping the same format, the compressor keeps the original if it is smaller than the generated version.
