Why a file may refuse to upload
“Upload failed” is often a symptom, not the real rule. Size, type, encryption, page count, filenames, and portal-side problems can all produce similar messages.
The filename can look right while the actual file type is not accepted.
PDFs may be encrypted, damaged, or built in a way the portal cannot parse.
