Why a file may refuse to upload

“Upload failed” is often a symptom, not the real rule. Size, type, encryption, page count, filenames, and portal-side problems can all produce similar messages.

File is too large

The portal may have a strict MB or KB limit.

Wrong or unsupported type

The filename can look right while the actual file type is not accepted.

Hidden document restrictions

PDFs may be encrypted, damaged, or built in a way the portal cannot parse.

Portal problem

Sometimes the receiving site itself is temporarily broken.

No. Ninjitzu can verify the rules you provide or that are visible, but the receiving portal makes the final decision.
